The Time It Takes To Service Our Clients
The moment you enter our style lounge we consider you a
guest, therefore it is our intention to treat you with the
finest of care and consideration for all your needs at all
times. We are meticulous about details and we want to ensure
that you have the best possible overall experience. We ask
that you come to the salon wearing comfortable clothing.
Some services may take longer than others because of certain
obvious factors such as hair type and condition, appointment
scheduling or the type of service(s) requested. In such
cases, we ask that you expect your appointment may run a bit
longer.

Customer Service Consultation Policy
Individualized consultation is a free service that takes
approximately 15 minutes and is customized to meet the
specific needs of the client. Scheduling Policy
It is good practice to schedule your next appointment at
the time of checkout to ensure you will be seen at a time
that is most convenient for you. We respectfully ask you to
please contact the salon 24-hours in advance to reschedule
any appointments. Your cooperation in honoring this policy
is appreciated.
